Our award-winning Pure Sea Salt PDO is hand blended with a carefully balanced mix of organic spices, inspired by a centuries-old French preservation recipe. Warm, rounded and gently aromatic, it brings depth rather than heat.

It was the very first flavour blend our co-founders, Alison and David, made back in the nineties, and it'll probably make the best roast parsnips you'll ever have.
