Our original flaky Pure Sea Salt has won countless awards for its delicate crunch and clean mineral flavour. Made by hand from the seas surrounding the wild island of Ynys Môn/ Anglesey. 

You won't find a better finishing salt - add it to everything.

Soft enough to crush between your fingers, and also suitable for a grinder with a ceramic mechanism. We love to keep ours in a little bowl or ceramic jar on the table for people to help themselves.

Easily adds flavour to:

• Sliced ripe tomatoes
• Soft boiled eggs before the soldiers are dipped in
• Simply dressed salad leaves
